Pregelatinized Corn Flour can be used in Snack (Pellet and Chips) Products production as a replacer of thickening agents such as modified starches, pregelatinized starches, etc. Pregelatinized Corn Flour is preferred due to its cost advantage and contribution to the product expansion rate. Due to the corn, which is the source of the product, since its color is yellowish and has a corn content, it should be used in snacks with the appropriate formula.
